Meet Megg Brees—Fringe Studio’s co-owner and fearless leader. Born in Austin and raised in the Metroplex, she is our resident Type-A, OCD, meticulous towel-folding phenom. Megg is a master-level stylist, make-up artist, and Xtreme-certified lash stylist. Immediately following her graduation from the Dale Jackson Career Center at the age of 17, Megg began fine-tuning her skills as an apprentice at Wane Salon. Her mastery of numerous beauty trades includes men’s cuts, contouring, and Volumation lashes. Megg loves developing customized solutions to suit individual needs and creating a beauty regimen that is compatible with the client’s lifestyle. Between staying current and engaged with the latest beauty trends and managing Fringe Studio, she enjoys spending time with her family—husband Kevin and children, Graham and Demi. No “best deal” on Zulily will get past Megg, nor will an opportunity for a good pampering session—so long as it doesn’t interfere with a Law and Order SVU marathon.
