Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the notice period (E.G., less than 24 hours) will incur a full-service fee (100% payment).
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will incur a full-service fee (100% payment).
Only unopened Oribe products purchased directly from our physical salon location are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt for a smooth return/exchange process.
All hair extension sales are final.
