Card-on-File Policy

For the protection of our clients and Fringe Hair Studio, a credit card-on-file is required for future bookings and no-show cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations/Rescheduled Appointments/No-Shows occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are subject to a fee of 100% of the service total. Re-booking will not be allowed until this fee is paid in full. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
